Like all cars, your Abarth needs fresh engine oil at semi-regular intervals. Giulia Quadrifoglio Exhaust Mod - Permanent Race Mode Active
The 2017+ Giulia QV utilizes a solenoid/vacuum controlled exhaust valves that allows the center (2) exhaust exits to become active allowing for a more efficient and more aggressive exhaust note.
These (2) center exhaust exits becomes active in stock form when "Race Mode" is selected.
In order to always have this "Race Mode" option would require software changes in the body control module or by directly unplugging the solenoid which may... -

KYB KG5564 Rear Shocks - Parts List
A lot of people have fitted KYB KG5564 rear shocks to their Fiat 500s (Abarth, 500T, Pop, etc). These shocks are a decent upgrade over OEM and can be used as OEM replacements. They are not adjustable like the Koni Yellows which I still recommend over these. The KYBs also need extra hardware. A list is available of what you need below:
