This is a list of the upgrades that I have made to my 500Turbo (as best as I can remember).
EC 4.05 intake (bought used)
4C Coils (bought used)
EC front mount intercooler
EC Tune (Phase 0&2)
EC Boost Leak Fix
EC silicone hoses
Forge recirculating Blow off valve
shifter (don't remember brand, bought used from NGEN)
NGEN Shoft Knob
NGEN Shift Boot
Vertical Chassis Braces (don't remember the brand)
ST Rear anti-sway bar
205/45r16's on stock wheels
stubby antenna
Diode Dynamics fog lights
Diode Dynamics interior lights
WeatherTech Mats
TwoTone Paint (thanks to a neiborhood deer)
I have put about 72,000 fun miles on it. My advice is to decide what you want when finished and buy (new or used) the items that will get you there. Also as you increase power other problems/weaknesses will come to light which will require other upgrades to fix (but not necessarily the same upgrades).

The problem I have is that I create a clear picture of what I want in my mind and then.........oh that is SOOOO shiny.

I've had my Abarth since the beginning of 2014, so there have been a number of times when I bought something and then something better comes along so it gets swapped in. Lately it's been just seeing things that I like that fit what I'm looking for (even if I didn't know I was looking for it).
